A nice lot with wonderful management where everyone belong and participate as a family.
my bus driver came about 15 minutes EARLIER than her scheduled arrival time EVERYDAY and she leaves me. ive tried leaving the house earlier and sometimes she is a complete no show. ive reported this woman to the bus lot SEVERAL times and nothing has happened. when i call the bus lot, they often do not answer and when they do, the employees are unhelpful and rude. if you live in the area, invest in ubers, this bus lot is TRASH!!
I waited outside for 40 minutes. Nobody came.nI went home and called to complain, or at least ask why the bus was so late. Nobody answered.nDo better.
bus 422 is almost always 10 mins late .. & me & the people on my bus are left outside of ohr school with no administrators waiting.. when 422 is not here the bus driver for 419 sometimes takes us but sometimes he doesnt.. this never happened last school year with our old bus driver. please do better .
