These guys are amazing and honest. They were the only ones that were willing to evaporate my AC, allow me to do my own work on the truck, and then recharge and do the drop test. I always recommend that my friends go here because aside from them doing great work, I 100% trust them. If you need some peace of mind, go visit these folks

Although I've only used Bowie Auto Clinic twice for minor issues, I will definitely use them again. I found them to be very professional and customer service oriented. Although not intentionally trying to eavesdrop, I overheard conversations with other customers. They took their time to patiently explain problems in layman's terms and did not try to push unnecessary repairs upon customers. If a repair did not have to be performed right away, they informed customers accordingly.

I was very pleased with the service Mr. John is definitely on point and VERY HONEST!!! I would highly recommended them.

One of my vehicles was in dire need of some badly needed repairs/ replacements...which I suspected to include replacement of the serpentine belt, and possibly the water pump and the alternator. The vehicle is ten (10) years old and none of these items had been replaced during the life of the car to date...so I did not feel overwhelmed by the outcome of the diagnostics on the car. As I suspected, the alternator and the water pump were at the end of their lifespans, and the serpentine belt could go at any time. John, the individual who handled the repair ticket was very helpful in his recommendations with the parts needed to complete the repairs, and I valued his input. From my observations, the mechanics/technicians seemed to be knowledgeable and professional ...and I felt that I was treated as a valued customer, even though it was my first visit. I was given a lift home, and called when the car was ready for pick-up. The price for the repairs was reasonable, well within my expectations, and I qualified for a senior citizen discount. I found the place to be neat and clean in appearance, and the bays looked tidy. When I picked up my vehicle, and started the engine, it was so quiet, compared to how it sounded when I brought it in. Bowie Auto Clinic guarantees their parts for one (1) year should there be a problem down the road, another plus. Five stars*****.
