I travel from NW Washington DC for the customer service at this location! As a women in an auto store it can be challenging when you are not sure what you need. The staff are helpful and patient and service is always done with a smile! Craig and Dominic are the absolute BEST!

The guy was so helpful. He helped me change my battery in the rain. Very grateful.

I bought brakes and rotors online but the rear brakes did not fit. I took the rear brake pad to have them exchanged for the correct ones. Both the manager and the clerk patiently listened to my problem and helped me as best as they could. They offered advice and explained that I could return the product for a full refund if needed. I will return to Auto Zone in Bowie for my auto needs.

Went in for an engine check and an employee (Remington T) was very helpful. Now i know exactly what I need To get fixed
