Clean and secure but the staff is as rude as they get. On multiple occasions where I could not access my storage unit, due to technical issues, the staff could care less. Most recently when attempting to access my storage, Victor at the front desk refused me access and refused to even speak with me about the matter, slamming the office door in my face. I have since left multiple messages for the manager, Kristy, who refuses to call me back. Someone needs to teach the staff some empathy and customer service skills.
I had a unique situation where I needed to get into my storage unit to get my passport- the key broke in the lock- a lock they provided me- and they would not open it to help me unless the person on the lease who is my mother and who is currently out of town was present. we have the same last name and a call to her would have made it clear that it was totally fine. The man who was “helping me” - heavier man with black hair in a little bun - was rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic. I understand liability but I also think great customer service is understanding and listening to a situation. I am very upset.
The manager is awesome! She's always friendly & very helpful. The property is always neat & clean and no signs of unwanted pests.
Better security than most storage places.
