I took my vehicle in for an issue that was covered by a warranty. Of course they found other things that wasn't covered by the warranty ( is it ever )? The grand total was over $ 4,000 so I declined. I had to pay over $ 400 for the 2 illuminated lights on the dash to be diagnosed. When I received my car a day later the low tire light was on. They didn't even put air in my tire before they bought my car to me , I guess there's a charge for that too. I don't like any dealer services because they are way to expensive. I'm taking my $ 400 something dollars diagnostic paper to my local mechanic to get my car repaired for a reasonable price.
EDIT #2: 2 more months have passed and many more emails and phone messages have been sent to the company, with nobody resolving my issues. I'm trapped in a very unfortunate situation, and this company does not care. I'm trying to remain respectful but I don't even know what I can do at this point.nnEDIT: Ourisman still trying to get me to pay tax directly to the department of revenue, though my buyer's order specifically shows the tax being paid as part of purchase price. Removing another star from the review.nnMy experience has been pretty rough with Ourisman. I purchased a truck here, and was told months later that they forgot to have me pay a tax with the state, and my temporary tags are now over 2 months expired. I've tried calling three times about this but always end up getting disconnected. I also want to remove some of the services I'm paying for, something we discussed at closing, but again, I can't get hold of the right person. I was sent to the person who handles this over the phone, but left a message 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response. For such a large dealership, I would expect them to have their ducks in a row. I seldom post bad reviews but my experience has been exceptionally frustrating here.
Five Stars would give six if it was an option.nTony Gunter has changed my opinion on how the car buying experience should be. From my first call to driving away in our new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Tony was the epitome of the perfect car salesman. He was able to listen to my requirements and deliver exactly what I was asking for. No Game playing, just honest feedback. Tony has made me an Ourisman customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership.
Fast, friendly, efficient service. James went above and beyond to keep me apprised of status. He worked with me on pricing and my car was washed and out front when I arrived. Extremely nice young man. I appreciate the workmanship and no damage to my car. I will be back! Thank you!
Making the appointment by phone and getting signed in the day of was a very easy process. James Martin, my service advisor, was very pleasant and kept me abreast along the way. I really felt he had my best interest at heart (which you know is not always the case at car repair shops).
