I had a great experience at Toyota of Bowie. My sales rep. Mr Khan was helpful and not pushy. He even helped me effortlessly with a snag I had the next day (he gives you his cell number). Other staff was almost as good. I love my new CH-R and highly recommend Mr. Khan and this dealership! A+
Mr Khan was AWESOME!nHe didn’t try to sell me something on the lot that I didn’t like. He searched for the car, package, and color I wanted and was able to get it from another dealer.nThis is the first car I’ve purchased, and I was dreading the process. He made it SO easy! We purchased car here. We were out of state customer. We love the customer service, price and process here.nnI was a cash customer. They did not prior inform that I had to bring cashier check. But I managed to pay using debit card. The communication could have been better when they work with out of state customers.nnIt was nice that they refunded the extra tag fee I paid.
