Tiara, Property Manager at this facility is efficient and effective. Always professional and provides information at the drop of a dime with regards to pricing and packing unit and supplies. I moved in quickly and the transition was wonderful. I highly recommend her and commend her for the OUTSTANDING Customer Service she exudes at all times!
I came in with a family member who had a rental at this location and we received remarkable service from Tiara! My mom had issues with the lock and Tiara jumped right into action with some spray and a glove and pulled the lock for me. She was very knowledgeable about the rental policies and fees. She had a pleasant personality and a great sense of humor! I will be referring this specific location to others whom plan to rent. Thanks for the phenomenal service!
I've had the best experience with the Property Manager, Tiara at this location. She has helped me greatly and has great customer service skills. I had several issues, and she was quick to respond to all of them.
Tiara was EXTREMELY helpful as we worked through determining a unit size and getting details in preparation for our move. She was patient, very friendly and prompt in returning my missed call as well!
