Playground is good, mostly for the younger end. Relatively new, so no good shade in the summer. If its a breezy day, the wind moves well which makes it nice on warm days and miserable when there's a chill. Portapotties are available. Fields are ok for sports. There are some nice paved trails.

This park is very nice. The dog and often walk there. There are 3 ponds for fishing along with sports fields and a kids playground.

Since google would not approve my edit for this: Yes, its true, I was apparently incorrect, the Department of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Sykesville is in fact located within a county park in Woodbine/Winfield. When I went to get some information on parks in Sykesville, I could not find an actual office. The only structures in fact were a bathroom and a pavilion, so I figured the employees must be there. The people in both locations denied being Town of Sykesville employees, but I asserted that they must be, google says so.nnKrimgold Park, the county park located here, in Woodbine/Winfield, is pretty good for fishing, walking, running, etc despite being half complete and being devoid of substantial trees.

Very nice park with hidden trails, it could be really lovely in spring and autumn time. Small lakes are beautiful. But at summer and winter this park is pretty bad idea since not so many trees around and it opened to all winds.

Nice open area and walking trails. No water or restrooms at this time.
