We recently had the pleasure of working with Desper Law Offices on a Will & POA package for my ailing Mother In Law. Mr Desper and his team were kind, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we navigated the process. With just one consultation, Mr Desper captured my MIL’s wishes and presented us with a draft in a matter of days. Review and approval was equally efficient and we completed the process within 3 weeks of reaching out to seek help.nWhen Mom passed away, Gary handled settling her estate for us, including the sale of a house with help from an excellent realtor he works with. We were working with Gary Desper from across the country, a seemingly difficult situation to start with. But Gary handled it all with good humor and professionalism, not to mention efficiency. It was a nuanced situation, not a typical procedure, and it involved three different parties. Gary was able to make everyone feel comfortable and he got the job done quickly and painlessly. Though I haven't met him, he seems to have a lot of personal integrity and a strong moral compass. I would certainly go to him first in any future legal matters that take me to Maryland.
