I would like to thank Joanne Virgilio for the great service I received. I was upside down with negative equity she told me I had no worries. She made me feel comfortable with the transaction. I told her what I was looking for and she hit the mark. I've been buying Toyota's for the past 30 years and its been a smooth transition. Joanne knows her job. Joanne keep up the great work. She was very patient with me. 5 stars!!!

Koons Toyota Service Center of Westminster has the best quality service work of any Toyota Dealership that I've ever used. On all of my occasions there, Jessica B. and Pam M. have been wonderful to work with. At my last appointment, Angelo L. put four new tires on my 4runner; and I couldn't be happier with the service he did. This place has brought my faith back in the dealership experience. Thanks to everyone at the Service Center for the great jobs they do.

Joanne, the “Boss Lady”, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting us to find the car we wanted. We left the dealership with a beautiful car, beautiful color and excellent features. The entire dealership floor felt very comfortable. No pressure at all. That others have come here from several hours away for the same great experience is no surprise. Koons Westminster Toyota should be proud to have an employee like Joanne Virgilio! She knew I had my heart set on a particular color, trim package and feature and she made sure I got EXACTLY what I wished for! She continued to follow up with me and communicated through the transaction till I got what I wanted! Having young kids she had our family in and out with a seamless sales process!! Ms. Joanne is a wonderful saleslady. She listens to what you want and tries her hardest to do exactly that or as close as possible. She is really easy to talk to. If you are in need of a saleslady go to her with no doubt she is the best. She worked with me all day and I left extremely happy with my purchase. I strongly recommend her.
