As a first time car buyer, and after spending a few weeks dealing with car dealerships trying to harass me into a bad deal for a car, AutoDot and their team made my first time car buying experience amazing. I got the perfect car for what I was looking for, and the team at this dealership was exceptionally kind and easy to work with. I went to AutoDot to see a car on their website. When I got to AutoDot the car was sold. I did speak with Mike who was great. No pressure to buy or do anything. I had a great experience when I was there. I did not buy a car. About 3 weeks later, I saw another car on their website. I went and test drove it. Mike was again the salesman I spoke with. He was great. No pressure to buy and he let me drive the car and check it out. I went home and thought about the car and decided to buy it. I called Mike the next day and purchased the car. The process was way shorter than at a dealer. No time wasted. I felt great about the purchase. I bought the car in mid December and now mid January I have no regrets. The car is great and I got a great deal. The car drives very well and it looked brand new. The car was a 2013 Sonic and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. They do a great job detailing the car inside and out. I have no complaints. I have been to a few dealers and I feel like I need to play a game to get a good deal, yet at AutoDot, I did not feel like it was a game. Mike was straight up and I believe he was honest with me. They stand behind their cars and only sell cars that they believe are worth selling. So, if you find a car at AutoDot, be sure to check them out. We had an awesome experience at auto dot! The staff was friendly and helpful, Mike was great also. He was very professional, explained everything in great detail, and closed our deal on a 2011 Ford Edge. Overall, extremely happy and satisfied with the service!
