Hands DOWN one of the best experiences I've EVER had at a dealership, they handled everything from start to finish in a very quick manner. I live out of state (Ohio) and there response time was unparalleled to any dealership I've ever worked at. salesmen wasn't pushy, they truly want what's best for you. finance normally can be a head ache I know, but they made it extremely smooth and handled it with haste. Bought my new to me 2014 Jaguar F Type from Lux Auto in 2020 and they were a pleasure to work with. I am from Ohio and they are in Maryland and they did everything to send me all the details on the, nice videos, photos, etc everything to make me feel comfortable to make an out of state purchase on a vehicle without ever seeing it in person. Once i showed up to pick up the car it was detailed, filled up, ready for me to test drive the moment i arrived from my 8 hour trip to their location. If you want a nice exotic sports car for a great price from a great company Lux Auto is the place to go!
Best Dealership in the state, would rate higher if I could. Johnny & Josh the salesmen were very professional, great customer service & excellent demeanor, they made my purchase for my 2018 BMW 430xi very easy & I got approved very quick with an amazing interest rate. If you’re looking for great customer service and the best car deals, Lux Auto is the place to go. Tiffany helped me a lot with my finance & made it really easy, they have an amazing staff and my purchase couldn’t have gone any better. Highly recommend to come to Lux Auto.
