I love this area of Morgan run! It is right on Klees Mill Rd of Rt. 32. It has a lot of hiking trails and is a nice spot for trout fishing and is a stocked river. I believe it is artificial lures only here, but downstream it is not. This is a great spot for kids to enjoy walking in the stream and climb on some big rocks. If you live nearby, definitely check this beautiful spot out!

Morgan Run is a small, out of the way State Park, situated across several stream valleys surrounded by wooded hills. It is an old agricultural land, so you can see an occasional ruins of old farms. The park has a convoluted network of trails, not all of which are on the map, so watch your path---it's easy to get lost, and trail shortcuts are quite hard because they have a lot of thorny ground cover. Use OpenStreetMap (OSM) or AllTrails, at least, and if you find trails that are not on the map, please crowd-source it to OSM.nWe've heard that in the spring and summer there are lots of ticks.

Very nice wide walking paths, mostly grassy paths, spray yourself for ticks before you start

Wasn't sure what to expect, that's why it's an adventure tripnLots of horses on this trail, and lots of horses. Will try this again another time hoping to find more information on these trails

Great place to visit for an open and expansive outdoor escape. The river has lots of large rocks to sit/rest and enjoy the views. Best time to go is early morning when its not as crowded. There are several trails to walk and many people bring dogs. I have seen foxes, deer, and beavers out here, among many other forms of wildlife.
