Service is very good. Unfortunately, Dunkin coffee and donuts are not that good. Coffee is weak and the donuts are not fresh. It is convenient though.
The coffee always tastes burnt. Asked staff if coffee is fresh they said yes took a sip and told them it tasted burnt. They just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they changed management or what but the coffee has been terrible since 2020. I try them every couple of months but always bad. Donuts and other food items are ok.
The coffee was good as always and I love their bacon.
My coffee never tastes the same, even though my directions never change. By far, some of the worst donuts I've ever had. I've given them a couple of chances and I just can't anymore. I refuse to waste my money. They need to be pulled from the franchise.
They ere fast efficient friendly very clean wonderful worker's.
