Good Dunkin’. Everyone orders literally everything off the menu at once which is why it’s backed up so much. Not because they are slow. Also disappointed that this place isn’t open before 5am on weekdays when every other Dunkin’ in the area is open between 4-430am.

I decided to stop this morning on my way home and just wanted a couple of donuts plus one for my dog. I wasn’t greeted but I got a “what do you want” then I was trying to order my donuts maybe I was saying it wrong but the I repeated myself three times and the person kept being rude about it. So no donuts for me or my dog. Never had an issue until this morning. Was made to feel stupid and they didn’t want my business. Loss my business!

Placers service times are terrible, everyone always laughing and playing around I. The store not taking there jobs serious! Also repeat orders back to you and give you the wrong drink need I say I only ordered 1 drink! This has happed multiple occasions sions and obviously management is doing nothing! Expect to wait for 10-15 min fore anything.

I loved this Dunkin’ until today unfortunately. I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked for a large iced matcha latte, the lady clearly didn’t understand what I wanted but said okay pull up to the window. They didn’t give me an iced matcha latte, but instead gave me a regular latte with no sugar whatsoever. Employees continued yelling and screaming at each other about how annoying the line in the drive-thru was. So unfortunate.

I love this DD. They always get my order right, are quick to acknowledge and address mistakes. I'll be back for sure.
