This place is awesome. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. They always meet people were they are at. The members there show you that Recovery is possible
I'm a manager here and we're Abel to help people get back on there feet and better there lives.
Service for westminster residents preferred. This is a daycenter for homeless that recives funding from mental health monies from carroll county. Lets have more concern for the next generation with greater challanges than us- we are ok :)
