Why are standards created by ABA but, not inforced? I was alleged victim that was not heard and was victimized by judicial system. I will be heard. In essence, it provides that it’s unprofessional for the prosecution to back out of a plea agreement once it offers one to a defendant and the defendant indicates that he accepts it. Even if the defendant hasn’t had the chance to formally take the plea in court, the prosecution can’t back out unless:nnthe defendant breaches his part of the bargain, ornthere are extenuating circumstances, like the prosecution discovering information about the defendant that it didn’t have before.

How can you depend on the state attorney if he dosent inforce the laws that are written for we the people l guess we need to fine another person to do this task
