Nice modern multi purpose trail running beside Dawson Creek. Plenty of wildflowers bloom throughout the seasons. Easy access to Perkins Road Park, with trails extending around the park.

Many ammenities, there is something for all. Walking trails, skate park, outdoor fitness, benches, kids park, dirt bike area, bike dome, basket ball area, a family park that caters to family fitness for all ages. Dog friendly.
