Tiny little park. Some playground equipment, a couple of picnic tables, and a basketball court surrounded by a high fence. Nice for the neighborhood. East Polk Street Park around the corner has all the same amenities but in a much larger space. Still, I'm sure this is nice to have for students across the street when school lets out.
