Photos from Christmas 2018 but the area is still shown. We did a church outreach function down there the other day and it was nice out. A little chilly with the wind coming off of the river but the sun was out and it wasn't muddy. A great winter day for Louisiana. The construction seems mostly done down around the Rivercenter...just with there was more bathroom access. We ended up using the Library's facilities up the hill.
pleasant and clean. feels safe. not much to do but walk and sit. there are chairs and benches. tables too. nice place to have a lil picnic. very quiet at night. when the water is low enough, you can sit on the steps.
Great sunset. Take a time to walk o ride a bike on there.
Calming and fun! Great for just getting out.
Wow.nnWas downtown BTR on a clear cool Sunday and it was just fantastic!nnI got a chance to fly my drone, capture some great shots and scenery. I also rode bikes with some family and friends, if you haven't checked out the gotcha bikes yet, give them a try you won't be disappointed.
