Waffle House

This Waffle House is horrible. Will leave you on the phone never return. And when you walk in they ask are you pick up and order or placing one. Like, how am I picking up an order if y’all not answering the phone. Or will answer and leave you on hold for over 25 + minutes.

It does depend what crew you get bc I've been there with a awesome cook and friendly waitress. Tonight the cook was sitting out in the car with someone and didn't come back in until he seen us getting our bags and leaving and the only reason we had a bag bc the waitress made out waffles for us. We cancelled the rest of our food and left. She was friendly and had great customer service skills but the cook not so much!!

Depending on what staff is working depends on the service. On average, I'd say the food is always good, but the service varies. Like how long you'll be waiting to give your order and how long you'll have to wait for it. I will say when I call to place an order for pickup, no one answers 95% of the time. They used to answer before covid, but now, it's rare for someone to answer.nStaff have said they are having difficulty getting and keeping the night time crew. They didn't give any possible reasons, but the graveyard shift in general is commonly the unpopular schedule anyway.nMy last visit here was surprisingly different; we were given extra food AND a little discount. A friend and I made conversation with the hostess and she happily gave us a discount. We did place a good size order, so maybe that's why? I'm not questioning, I just thanked her and gave a tip. Just wish they'd answer their phones to handle the orders for a quick pickup and go. Would make sense since they aren't allowing dine-ins due to covid.

The store is the cleanest it has ever been, there’s staff and a new manager! The past month has been a breeze visiting this location, KUDOS to the new team!

Didn't feel welcomed at all but I love the pork chops.
