Our favorite place to bank, because of the friendly people and professional help.
Tried to cash a check and was told no because my id was expired. That I understand but then offered my passport as ID and from my understanding goes through a lot more scrutiny then a state ID. Guess what not good. Asked to get my check back and told they couldn't and could tell me why! Turns out it was a mix up at my Dr. But at no time was I ever treated with respect!! I felt like they looked at me like I was a criminal. They didn't even ask if I could explain to them where I got the check. They literally made me fill like a criminal!! I will never bank here and plan on letting everyone know how this place will treat people who try to cash a check and they may question it!! Complete TRASH!!!
