I’m from out of state and have been searching for a third row vehicle for over a year. We need a third row SUV with captain chairs in the middle to accommodate our family of 6. Brad Woods at Karl Malone Toyota got me in an Acadia that was perfect for our family! He got everything done over the phone so I was in an out in an hour when it was time to sign and pick up! The entire team was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and answered my questions about warranties, gap insurance, and even offered tips and tricks about keeping my car in tip too shape and how to pay my loan off faster! Brad took time with me and showed me all the bells and whistles and made sure my phone was hooked up to Apple Play properly. They all went above and beyond for the absolute best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will forever make the drive and be a Karl Malone Toyota customer!

We had I very pleasant experience with Ivory Bradshaw. He met all our needs. He was very professional and informative of the vehicle we were looking to buy. We understood he was new to that store but he was very helpful and knew most of all of the answered that we asked. I would recommend him for sure.

I decided that I wanted to get a used 4runner and ran along one at Karl Malone Toyota. After calling to express my interest, all I received was amazing help. I was so impressed in how much these guys helped me find my dream car. Everything went so smoothly and they did everything they could to meet me in the middle. I definitely will keep them in mind for future purchases as well.

Best car buying experience.......I live in Shreveport and would recommend driving to Ruston to Carl Malones to buy your next vehicle! Ask for Louie Gibbs...great sales guy! Come in started looking brought me some keys took some test drives! Worked me up a deal he worked with my credit union 3 days later I picked up my 2021 4 runner for a great price got a great deal on my trade in and the deal was done no hassle! Highly recommend!

I went yesterday with exactly what I wanted in mind and Louis made it happen!! Went on my lunch break at work and managed to get everything done within the hour and was so so so helpful. If you need a car don’t hesitate to go see him!!! I love my 2021 Toyota Camry!!❤ufe0f
