After the hurricane my parents electrical service was hit by a tree. This pulled the wires out of the weather head. We had widespread power outages in the area. I knew the city was not going to hook up my parents power until this was fixed. My mom called Hot 2 Cold, they had someone there within the hour to repair the weather head. They emailed the electrical permit to the city to speed up the process. Their quick response and professionalism allowed my parent to get their power back on as soon as it was available. Highly recommend.

Best A/C and heating company out there. My unit was giving me problems and within 20 minutes of me calling after hours Rick shows up just as nice and friendly as could be, and literally 5 minutes he had my unit up and going. Thanks again Rick.

We purchased this unit for my elderly mother and couldn't be more pleased. Their estimate was by far cheaper than their competitors and this included changing out the unit in the house as well. It was installed in a day and they were very professional. Would highly recommend.
