I was given Dan's name through a referral when I was looking for an attorney that could advise me concerning a paternity, child support, and custody matter. After our first meeting, there was no doubt in my mind that I'd made the right choice in choosing an attorney. He was thorough, dependable and dedicated to seeing that my son's needs were first priority. Dan always kept in touch with me and never left any of my questions unanswered. My case was rather complicated but my son and I received the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Dan and this firm to anyone in need of legal counsel.

During the past year, we have come to know and respect Daniel Cummins. Serving as lawyer for my daughter during a very emotional time, he has been a rock.He has provided a comfort zone for all of us. He has given excellent legal advice which has allowed my daughter to have a peace which was definitely needed. I can’t say enough good about Dan. A year ago, I came to him broken and unable to think clearly much less process what was going on. Right off the bat, he showed me how much he cared. He went above and beyond to make me feel that my case was his top priority. I received weekly emails from him checking on me to make sure everything was alright, and I knew that I could email or call him (or his assistant, Cassie) at any time.nnOver this past year, he has never let me or my children down. He has always put my children’s best interest first, even when I might not have fully agreed. He explained everything to me multiple times to ensure that I understood what was happening as well as what was coming soon in the process. He knows what he is doing, and I trusted him fully. When I needed him to advocate for my children and me, he was there.nnI am so thankful for his guidance through this nightmare in my life. I've met with, and retained several lawyers in NELA over the years. All of the interactions I've had, I've never once felt compassion, comfort....I always felt so small and dehumanized. Until today. I don't have a vehicle and was recently hurt in an accident. I called just to inquire, and find out more about their firm. Wade and Mr. Campbell PERSONALLY drove to my home. I was blown away by the comfort and compassion I felt. When they left, I knew they were going to have my best interest in mind. Thank you so much.
