Horrible service ho anywhere else bit here.Lady they sold a lace wig with the lace torn. When we tried to return or just exchange it for another they rudely refused and we're very unprofessional. The prices are outrageously high compared to other wig stores in town and quality and selection are much better in many other stores like the one down the street on 21st west of hillside right before you get to freeway entrance.
I have purchased hair from here in the past a few times and have usually been pleased with it. Recently I have been trying to get in contact with them for about a week now to order hair for my birthday. Today I went up to the store and they had a sign up saying they were going to be closed for a few days and then left a number to call. So I called the number and a guy (who I believe is the owner) picked up and told me that he would have one of his employees call me back to place my order. A few hours have went by and still no phone call. I called the number again to see if maybe he forgot about me and no one answered. Maybe I'm being impatient but if I'm going to get the run around then I will take my money else where. Poor customer service. I try to support black businesses but if they don't want business then how can I support?

Purchased hair clips that I'm still using two years later. Good quality hair when you use the correct products on them.
Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Hair Extent received Friday April 8th and had to remove them 5 days later due to skin irritation break out with white bumps and red bumps. When we contacted the person who did the exts he was very defensive, unprofessional, poor grammer and arrogant. BE AWARE this is not a Professional Salon or HAIR ESTABLISHMENT for HAIR WEAVES, EXT or to purchase hair from, very scary.
