no butter for the biscuits, no napkins, no sporks, the chicken wasn't too bad but eating chicken without napkins is a mess and not having any butter for the biscuits was a let down....
Service is really , really bad. Just order $45 worth of food and was told that I couldn't get an extra bag because it interferes with the manager's bonus. Food was cold and nasty.. Had to pull up to get my food that I sent back and it was still cold..ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0fud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0f Last time I spend money here!!
We ordered our meal through the app with the anticipation that it would be ready when we got there. We live 20 minutes away. We waited for approximately 25 minutes total after they told us it would be about 5 minutes. We did not check our bag when we finally got it (lesson learned) and did not have the 8 biscuits we ordered. I have tried to call them to no avail. The number has a voice box that has not been set up. This was our first experience with the local Jesup, Ga. restaurant. Very disappointed!
I came into the establishment and waited at the counter for over 20 mins, while the manager walked past me numerous times. Never once did she acknowledge me being there. Then told me that I couldn't use my card because the card reader was down, the whole time using it at the drive thru window. Manager was very rude and said I had to use cash if I had any lol horrible service... never should've been built in jesup. I will never come back.
People are so rude working there and the food was terrible....nI will never ever go back to Popeyes in JesupnCold chicken, mashed potatoes were nasty and old tasting
