Domino's Pizza

Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery for a children's birthday party and took almost 3hrs for delivery. After speaking with manager on duty they started they would credit 3 medium pizzas for the inconvenience. Called 2 weeks later to redeem that credit and the young girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to her that I was requesting to order the 3 pizzas. Reminder... that when working in customer service, we have a job because there are customers that pay for a product or service. We'll get our pizza elsewhere!

Called and order a sub and breadsticks, I was told my order would take 35 to 45 min to arrive. An hour and 10 min go by I call the store to check on my order all to be told it's still at the store and they didn't know when it would be delivered because they only had one driver. Well shouldn't they have informed me of this before giving me an arrival time? He did offer a refund but that defeated the point I'm still here with no food and have to go else where after waiting over an hour in them or continue waiting on someone to bring it eventually! This store needs new employees or management one this is ridiculous!

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address after an already extremely long wait time for delivery. So as soon as I walked in the door from work I had to turn around and go into town to pick up the order so my already hungry children wouldn't have to wait another hour or so.

Something seemed off about it. I had to warm it in the microwave and the buffalo wings.

I placed an order online for pickup and upon arriving the sign on the door read No Mask No Srivce. I had my mask on and it was raining then went to open the door and it was locked. I looked inside to see 3 employees staring back at me and I raised my arms and said what’s going on and they just kept staring while I was getting soaked so I finally just went back to my car and they never came out either door.nI then drove down the road to Papa John’s and placed an order which I was able to walk in and get.
