The folks here were great. I am a firefighter from California and the crew here set me up with a couple day passes so I could squeeze some workouts in while I'm visiting my sister.

Best gym in Wayne Co. hands down. If your goal is to lose weight, or add weight to that bench press there's something for everyone. Plenty of experts to guide you, along with friendly regulars.
Amazing spin class!
I have been a member at this gym for over 14 years and recently employed at this gym as a massage therapist and from my experience it is a very clean and well kept gym. The management is amazing and Ted is the kind of man to bend over backwards to help not only the customers but also his employees. There are rules and these rules are emphasized for safety of customers and to maintain top of the line equipment. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place to work out then this is the place for you! Hope to see you soon!
