Carrol King and Dwight Bishop and his wife Ann have been friends of mine since high school, and when they are talking with someone, it's usually about business, taking care of the customer. Now that Carrol has passed (and he is sadly missed), Dwight is the same way, as he takes care of business with his customers. It's what you might call a small 'mom and pop' kind of business, so when they are busy, sometimes the polite thing to do is just to wait your turn and not get in too big of a hurry, as they have a lot going on all the time, things that the public doesn't see. Dwight knows things about certain models that the average person would never know, as he knows what will and won't work for certain models and how to make them work better. They sometimes have the part you will need in stock, and can help you to understand what part you have if you don't know what it is, or what it does. Dwight and Ann do a great job keeping this business alive, and a great service to this community to those who depend on them, to keep their equipment running in smooth operating condition, as these are country folks, very laid back who have the time to discuss your problems and try to come up with a solution to see they are fixed right the first time. You don't find many shops like this anymore, so I'm happy to see this landmark is still in operation to this day. These are what true friends are all about, those who take time for you, if you have time to wait for them when they are trying to help others who are also in need of help !
