Terrible experience. First took my car to get an oil leak looked at and they said it was dirty and they needed the underside cleaned. I took it home and found it not that dirty. Brought it back and was told the valve cover gasket was leaking. Dropped it off a few days later for the 4 hour repair that turned into 6 days. When it was finally finished, the service manager agreed to change my oil for free. But I was every disappointed and was never offered a loaner, which is supposed to be include in the GMC warranty. Will not return or recommend to anyone to use Nalley. Poor leadership and poor staff.

I have been taking my auto to Nesmith Chevrolet since 2017 when I moved to Jesup from Charleston. I went in to have a tire fixed on Tuesday that had gotten a nail in it. When I was presented with the bill, it was $52.00. I nearly dropped my teeth. I couldn't believe it was $52 just to repair one tire. When I got home, I called Jesup Tire to see how much they charged and they told me around $18.00. I told my sister about it. She told me that she had just had a tire fixed at Jesup Tire and they charged $18.00 and a couple months ago, they had another tire repaired at Woody Folsom's and he charged $20.00. My sister and her husband were fixing to change to NeSmith to get their service done on their auto's but after this, they said NO WAY. And my son was going up to talk to them about trading his truck but he want be going there now either. And I definitely WILL NOT be going back. From now on, I will get my car serviced somewhere else, either Woody Folsom's or Jesup Tire, NOT NeSmith, I'm done with them. The employees there are super friendly, but the prices on services are exorbitant. FIVE stars for employees, ONE star for the dealership.
