Zero stars. I gave my information to file my taxes clear back in April, its now November and my taxes have still not been e-filed by this business although they did take payment from me back in April. I have received no communication until recently when i've called repeatedly. If I had known this is what my experience would have been like, I would have used H&R block for the same amount of money. This has been beyond ridiculous. I have also not received my stimulus because of this and this situation has messed up my finances. Go somewhere else. 7 months. Seriously?
