After waiting 45 minutes for my order, got home all to realize I was missing near half the food I ordered! Not sure if its under staffed or under paid or maybe even both. Definitely need to make some changes..

I hate giving it only 2 stars. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town, but for the past few months it has really been disappointing. You go through the drive thru, you pay and they tell you to pull around to the front. Then you sit there for 30 minutes waiting for your food and when you get it, it's always horribly messed up. You don't get all your food and none of it is made the way you asked it to be (i.e. no tomatoes, extra sour cream, add nacho cheese, that kind of thing). On top of all that, most of the time the service isn't very friendly either. This place has really gone down hill. The food is still delicious though!

I would give them no stars but in order to post I had to give at least one they are rude and disrespectful and never get your order right something is always missing out the bag , give the wrong order , or don't fix it the way you order pathetic service and when asking not to have beans on my order they deliberately put them on there and my family will never come there again I would rather eat dirt and to think I used to be a very current customer and was my favorite but for now on I will go else where SMH!!! Extremely poor customer service!!

Every single visit the employees are rude don't pay attention when u are speaking always asking what? Never getting the order no where near right! Cussing over the intercom while taking orders playing and talking to each other while taking orders. Then try to give u a coupon for one taco free on a 40+ dollar order. Been better if they let a kindergarten class run it!
