This place is a very scandalist place like every other government building the close down constantly. They refuse to answer their phones and when you try to dispute ridiculous fees because of their shut downs they lie, lie, lie! They are crooks!

They was super nice explained everything to me and help me fill out paperwork questions I didn't know I had answered thank you staff (2019) March 7

Staff are friendly and patient. Biggest drawback is the lack of accepting electronic payment, aka any type of debit or credit card. Customers must pay with cash, personal check, or money order.
