Not crowded at all. Nice public access ramp. They ask for a suggested $5 fee but its optional.
We (the grandkiddo's and I) were looking for a nice place to have a picnic lunch after going to Brasstown Bald. Very clean, nice tables, lots of shade. The only thing that the kiddos missed was a playground.
Always a good experience, but the restrooms were closed this time.
