Slow service.nOut of essential items such as ice and chicken tenders at 5:30 in the evening.nInstead of informing me that they were out of ice, the young lady hands me a warm sweet tea as if that's the norm.

Went through an ordered food when I asked the woman at the window who seemed angry and agitated I hadn't even finished my sentence when she said no we're out. I was asking for hot sauce so I asked her if they had dipping sauce she said no we're out of all that too shoved my order at me and slammed the window and walked away

My favorite side on the menu has always been the fries but they taste different from what I remember. The mac n cheese is now my favorite. Other than that, their food is still amazing.

Waiting time is to long,on most visits at the one location. But the food is good and the workers are wonderful.
