Store representative told me to order online for fast service. I placed my order at 7pm. My family waited over 2 hours and the order still wasn't ready. The store is scheduled to close at 11pm on Friday via online, but closed at 9pm. The store manager refused to refund our money and told us to call customer service. My order number is #105340 and the transaction was never completed.

The food at this location is always hot and delicious! Nice staff. The drive thru line is super long because they are only doing drive thru(average wait is between 25/30 mins on a Fri or Sat) I gave it 4 stars because they left off the hush puppies. I will visit againud83dude0b
