Domino's Pizza

They were extremely busy and had to wait for my order that was over 30 minutes late. But they were short staffed and working ver hard to get the orders ready. Very nice crew. Will definitely go back.

The worst Domino's experience I've ever had! I tried at first to order by phone just before 10PM on a Tuesday. I was on hold for over 7 minutes so I decided to order online. After successfully placing my order and getting the confirmation email I watched the tracker like usual because I was starving. After 20 minutes and the tracker showed that my pizza was still not in the oven I called the store and again was holding for 10 minutes this time with no response. I then decided to drive to the store because it was open until 11PM. I arrived at 10:49 and saw that there were employees inside cleaning up and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and the person who responded and opened the door tried to inform me they close at 10:30. I said my order was placed online at 10:14 and the sign on their door said they close at 11PM. He said he would get the manager and then shut the door. A few minutes went past and I was still outside waiting so I knocked on the door again. The same person opened and said I would get my money back in a couple days and I told him that I want to speak to the manager because I was starving and very upset. I was basically ignored for the rest of the time I stood outside and waited and then they turned off the lights. I then decided I would start a video to send to corporate and as I was doing this on 2 separate occasions you could see the employees peeking around the corner to see if I was still there. I can confidently say that I have ordered from Domino's all over the Country for more than 10 years and the is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered!

They refuse to answer the phone. My 85 year old grandparents called me in South Florida and mentioned it. I called myself and the automated woman talks your ear off for as long as you're willing to hold the phone. I gave up and ordered online. TRASH!!! I only did it for my sweet ole granny.

Drive thru only. No pick up. Good service.
