I had heard not to go to the O'Reilly in Reidsville because they can't get right..however I decided to see for myself. I went in to get brakes at 0830 they didn't have them so they put in an order and I was told to come back at 1230. 1230 came no brakes..the guy said he put the wrong number in to try back at 2:30. 2:30 No brakes and wanted us to come back at 4:30. I called back up there at 3:30 to tell them how disappointed I was. The O'Reilly attended called me back and offered me another set of brakes (more expensive) then what I was purchasing so we could enjoy the rest of our day. We excepted and our brakes are working fine.
