Great service at this Location! I go here often because they are so friendly and their employee's have been knowledgeable in the situations I have needed vehicle help.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Website says curbside pickup, they said I had to come in to pay. I told them I didn’t have a mask, one guy said it was okay and the other two threw a fit. Got my part, $20 core charge and left. Next day I went to return the core, and find out they won’t do returns without the box from the new one. If that’s a thing tell the customer at the point of sale!

I was warmly welcomed (catch the sarcasm) with an elderly gentleman employee shouting "Full of Oil" whlist carrying in my used 5 quart oil, in the same container I purchased from O'Reilly earlier in the day. Unacceptable and should never be "full". I asked the employee where I should take the oil. He disgustingly gave unhelpful advice "I don't know, its not my problem" type of advice. Amount of money that I have spent in that store and trying to environmentally dispose of oil properly, it is a disgrace to be treated like a peasant and told to leave. I will avoid this O'Reilly from now on. I ended up stopping at the Hurricane O'Reilly and their oil wasn't full and the employees were very welcoming. I hope the jaded employee moves on with their life.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If it's not on the shelf they will happily order it for you. Clean and well organized store. Appropriate social distancing observed Good rewards program too. It's visible from the street Its been 2 months now since they referred me to, Saint George Muffler & Radiator. Thank you, O'Reilly's!

Not a usual customer of O'Reilly's because there are not any where I live. I was looking for an item and the associate went beyond what I expected to help. Nice store and employees.
