What a delight to shop such quality merchandise in a cordial, gracious setting. Ginger is professional, personable, and today showed remarkable kindness to my special needs grandson. He loves her sock collection!! He left the store today with special treats from Ginger and a big smile on his face. Since movingnTo this area 2 years ago. Ginger and her shop have become favorites.

I have been a customer of Town and Country since the day Ginger opened the store. I have only had great experiences whether it was buying a book bag, gift, or even selecting tux rentals for my wedding. Ginger was helpful with each visit, especially when I had so many questions and was indecisive with the tux selections. Ginger assisted me throughout the whole process and I received many compliments on how the tuxes turned out. I look forward to visiting her store again soon!

UPDATE: the owner has falsely responded to my review. She waited 2 MONTHS to respond, thinking that Her response would go unnoticed but I, Jake Evans, am well known in the community of Madison. She wants more details? I am more than happy to provide more! I went to this boutique looking for a last minute Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend, only to find that they were closed. This was not a weekend. It was a weekday. I went the next day, and the owner was very unresponsive to my requests, and had a nasty attitude. Yes, I happen to be mutual friends with someone else that has had a bad experience with this person. This is natural, due to how she runs her business. If you treat your customers like trash, you will have multiple people leaving bad reviews on your website. Want to have better reviews? Change your attitude. It’s that simple. This owner went so far as to stalk my social media. This not only shows her paranoia, but also how much character she lacks .i would also like to point out that two of the only 5 star reviews that were left on this site is from the owners family. Take those out, and her average is below 2 stars. Yikes . STAY AWAY, SHE IS A STALKER! SHE ADMITS TO IT IN HER RESPONSE BELOW!!!!!

My favorite shop in Madison. I went there to get my kid's homecoming attire. The owner was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give 6 stars I would.
