I have never had luck with finding a good dealership, let alone any luck with a good service department after purchasing a vehicle. This was my first visit here as I am new to the area. The service department is who I dealt with at this visit. Amazing, top notch service! Too much to go in to detail with, but I highly recommend for car service needs! Ginger was absolutely amazing! That doesn't even give her enough credit! Other people were involved as well, along with one who went to get a part for my vehicle that it needed to get the work done the same day that I brought it in... but I did not catch everyone's names :(

Went with my son to purchase his 1st vehicle. Brett was awesome, along with everyone else we dealt with. No hidden charges. The finance department was VERY thorough, answered all our questions and we knew exactly what we were paying for. We live in Covington but we will go back to Countryside if we need another vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dobbs and the finance team really helped ease my nerves and put us in the car that was perfect for our family. They made the car buying experience go smooth and painless. There were no hidden fees or undercover motives to increase sales or commission. He listened to our needs and I couldn't be more happy. I truly appreciate Dobbs and this local dealership.
