I’ve been to this location a lot. It’s usually pretty good as far as service goes. I don’t know if these are new baristas or what, but they’re clearly struggling. They don’t know what’s on their own menu, the ice is almost completely melted in the drink I’ve just bought and the “ barista” seemed annoyed to even be there.
Very efficient, quick. Good space to pause during the day.
Trash management, rude customer service. I went in to order a drink and Kayla I believe was her name, stood at the register and shouted “any body gana take this order?” I was absolutely floored. I will leave my reviews on all platforms. There needs to be a change before I ever buy here again.
