Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. Will not give you the information you need to get your tag situated. Had to go back and forth 6 separate times and each time they had something else they needed to get my tag but couldn't be bothered to tell me everything I needed in the first visit. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. This is supposed to be a public service that my tax dollars paid for but it seems everyone there is just there to collect a paycheck and serving the public is their absolute last priority. Should be investigated by state oversight committee for the stress and hardship they put each person through unnecessarily.

Why would they say that they are open until 5 if they closed 15-20 earlier
