The food was great! I am not sure what seasoning they use but it was so good. The cashiers were friendly. No eating inside right now. You place your order then wait in the car till they call you.
Horrible Customer Service and they don’t deserve any stars. My family and I have ate here for years and ordered food for large events.We are from out of town. They usually call when your food is ready.They did not call.Which I have proof on my phone.They lied and said they called and while I was explaining to them that I did not receive a call and the lady got loud with me and hung up the phone in my face. I thought Sharks was different from other restaurants that’s why we ordered from here so much, but when you let any kind of people work for you I guess things like this happens. From this day forward me and my family will not be eating from here again. If you are looking for a place with nice people and good food this not the place for you and your family.
The food is great, but the place isn't clean.
Have great food, especially the zucchini fries & my husband loves the fried green tomatoes. The owner is super friendly also. This is the best location by far.
Food was very good, we were satisfied with the generous amount of food for our money.nThe only thing I have a complaint about is that I waited outside for 25 minutes waiting for them to call me in (they promised to call in 15 min) to get my food. When I finally decided to go inside and wait through the cashier line, my order was already waiting for me the whole time! I guess next time I'll just ignore their request for me to wait outside so I can get hot fries. Or they could line the containers with foil so the food will stay hot while we wait to be called.nIn spite of that, we'll definitely be going back.
