Used Drive-Thru. Ordered two Surf and Turf meals and a kids meal. We got the shrimp only cajun meals, kids meal was right. No sauces given whatsoever. Would recommend the Popeye's on Lake Joy first, if you have the choice.
Always an awesome place to eat
We were at your drive thru today. I must say something. Please do not put people on the mic who cannot speak clearly. The woman we had mumbled the entire time and kept interrupting while we made our order. Rude and unprofessional. We won’t be back to this store again. Lake Joy or Watson from here on out.
The forgot 2 biscuits and didn't have 2 apple pies. And I had to wait. people were nice though ☺ufe0f
I have visited this Popeye’s on three separate occasions and have been disappointed every time. The same lady at the drive thru has been there each time and is absolutely terrible. Zero communication skills. She will not speak. Will not smile. Clearly doesn’t like people nor her job. I am flabbergasted that she still has her job. As I read these other reviews regarding “the lady at the drive thru” I am pretty confident it is the same lady. She didn’t give me one of my orders and looked at me like she wanted to strangle me when I came back through to get the rest of my order. Completely unacceptable.nPopeyes- get better help!
