Looked at the menu shown here, called in order for two, when I get there to pick it up it is two dollars more than it should be. Found that they have a new menu that is not the one shown online. When I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me there is not a menu online. I quickly showed her that they do. She was very unconcerned. Be warned.

I normally love this place for fish. Today I called and order for 2. The plates were $9.99 and it comes with choice of fish, fries hush puppies , cole slaw and a soda.nThey call me to pick up my order just they had only one order cause they didn't get the second one in (cashier) and not to mention no cole slaw. The lady that took our order was rude and unprofessional. It's just messed up my whole mood. Who is in charge here? I need to speak to the manager cause some ppl don't wanna work and the service was sorry from one of the girls.

After eating here for a few years with no issues, My wife ordered some tenders and they were fried so much they were literally not chewable, the normally good slaw was SLAW SOUP, it was gross! So I called and asked the owner for a refund with a picture of the trashed food (waited until lunch hours were over to call.) He refused.....no more Sharks for this family!!

Went to the Russell location for the second time since I moved here, and for the second time, they completely “forgot” about my order. The first time, I waited about an hour after being told 20 min. They were busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out my order had just been sitting on the counter. No phone call. No anything. Tonight at 6:55 pm, I was told 25 min wait. It’s currently 8:20 pm—still no phone call. Obviously I’ve already left and got dinner somewhere else. My suggestion is to go to the Watson location. I typically try to avoid Watson just because of how busy it is, but that Sharks location is sharp and I haven’t had an issue at their location at all—even when they’re just as or even more busy than the Russell location.
