Food has gotten better, service too, hate the redo of the interior but not that it matters right now

Cashier was very friendly. Even tho these fast food chains are trying to do away with dealing with customers by putting in computers for us to take our own orders. This cashier was eager to help and make sure I had what I needed before I left. I even felt the need to leave her a dollar tip for herself. It's wasn't much but I was just showing appreciation.

If there was a 0 star rating that’s what i would give. This place messes up so many orders and has some of the RUDEST employees. There have been SEVERAL times we have gone there and the order been wrong and them have an attitude about fixing it, or forgetting items and having an attitude about giving what you paid for. Tonight they completely forgot a chicken nugget meal and after driving back to the location to get the meal we paid for instead of giving us the nuggets we paid for they gave us spicy nuggets that looked dry AF. This location needs better employees with better customer service.

McDonald’s quality food. The business did not enforce mask policies with Guests and multiple employees wore their masks around their necks.

We stopped here for lunch on our way from Florida to Augusta to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family. We went in hoping we could sit down for lunch but found seating was not available due to the COVID virus. The first thing my wife and I did was visit the restrooms. When I walked in the odor of urine was overwhelming. One of the two urinals was full to the top with urine and the toilet in the stall was strewn with toilet paper. The floor was soak with water/urine. When I used the the other urinal I saw that the top hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When I went to wash my hands, the sink was filthy, the paper towel dispenser was empty and a roll of paper tower sat on the counter and was soaking wet. The hand air dryer didn't work. My wife encountered similar conditions. There was absolutely no excuse for these conditions. Not only should the manager be addressing this and ensuring the maintenance is taken care of, the owner of this restaurant should lose his/her ability to own this facility and the staff replaced. I would hope that McDonald's would take immediate action to address situation this for the sake of customer safety and comfort.
