20 years I've been a customer. never had the issues I have at this bank with any other bank. technical issues, rude customer service. I can not and will not recommend this bank. I permanently closed my account today and so glad to be done week this bank. seriously! sadly I I'm friends with an officer in this bank. she was the only way things got taken care of. there are much better choices in small town banks in the area. I recommend the Glennville Bank
Out of all the branches in the surrounding area, midway has been the best so far. They are polite and it seems to be quicker than other branches.
They allowed a little over $5,000 in forged checks to be cashed out of my account,, I went up there to try to have them canceled they would not allow me to cancel them,,, the maintenance fee serves no purpose,,, I'm in the process now of trying to get my bills connected to another bank ,,a real Bank
Be more active with their customers
