This franchise is absolutely customer oriented. The salads we had were wonderful and large. The service was out of this world. Management is extremely responsive. Call ahead worked great. People were very pleasant.

Was out in Thomaston for the weekend hunting, and came back to camp really late one night. Instead of trying to fire up the grill and nearly 8:00 PM, we took a trip into town for Zaxby's and honestly? It was great.nnZaxby's has great food, hearty meals, and a great variety of flavors to enjoy. We swung into the drive through, ordered our meals, and were flying back to camp ready to eat in minutes.nnIf you are in the area and looking for a meal, Zaxby's is a pretty great place to stop, in my opinion!

General manager has a terrible attitude avoid her. Nasty dismissive of customer concern and argumentative. Came here one time and they got my order wrong. Luckily I was just visiting. When I asked to see a manager the GM came out and essentially told me to go F myself. The only redeeming quality about this place is one of the shift managers. I remember her name was Lilly. Absolute sweetheart. Corrected everything and made sure I was satisfied when I left. Thank you lilly

Drive thur is only opened but it was fast. Food was good also
